I still receive mail from Teams messages and notifications about reactions

Hi,
I still receive mail from Teams messages and notifications about reactions, even if I disabled it.
This problem have begun Monday of this week.

Have you already seen this problem?

Sorry to hear about this issue. In my case, I haven't. My notifications for likes and reactions are turned off and it's been working normally so far. You may try clearing the Teams cache though, using the instructions for your device in the linked document below.

You may also check if the issue occurs in the web app. Using Chrome or Edge browser, please sign in to https://teams.microsoft.com/ and see if there's any difference.

I cleared the cache of desktop app with your link and my settings in web app are exactly the same as the desktop app.

I still have the same issue.

Do you have an other solution ?

Sorry to hear you still have the same issue. I suggest giving feedback to Teams regarding this matter so engineers would be informed. They are continually improving the Teams experience and they use the feedback to make Teams better.

You may click on the Help icon from the left navigation bar of the Teams app > Give feedback (desktop and web)

On mobile, go to Settings > Help & feedback > Send feedback
