I need help to identify an icon near a teams channel

See screenshot below; I circled the icon. I "thought" I had created this as a private channel; you'll see two private channels further down the list. It behaves like a private channel, but for some reason Android users who are members cannot view messages; but they can on the desktop, browser, and iOS applications.

Any ideas what the icon means?

Hello Nick ,

My name is Joanna, I’ll be happy to help you out today.

With regards to the users that cannot access the Teams messages on android, I suggest to do the following:
1. Uninstall and Install Teams app
2. Check the permission settings for Teams
3. Clear Cache

With regrads to the icon, it means share channel.

Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you need further assistance.

Thank you.

Hi Nick, I believe this icon displays some kind of shared items within your private channel. Some Android mobiles do require some permissions from their end to view certain things in a group, which if can be a reason that they're able to see in their desktop not in their mobiles. It'll not cause a problem, you can continue your work with the members in the group privately.

Hope this helps. Thanks!

Hi Nick,

With regards to the channel that you encircled, it is a shared channel but maybe it is only shared channel with people, with team or with a team you own.

For some android users/ members who cannot view messages with teams, they may need to check the permission on their devices or try to update the software and Teams app.

Please let me know if this doesn't work or if you need further assistance.

Thank you.
