I lost my phone and so my authenticator app is lost, cant login to my school account, what should I do ?

I am logged into teams but cant login anywhere else

You can go to your computer then log into https://aka.ms/mysecurityinfo then remove the MS authenticator app on the old phone then set up the MS authenticator app for the new phone. Please refer to the demo video below. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jTwtosQkn6I

I don't have any other method to authenticate

I guess the only way out is asking school admin to do something

that's correct you need to ask your admin to remove the existing verification method from the admin center.
