I deleted my account it was free But I can't create a new one with the same email

by following the article blew. and it was deleted correctly since Aug 21


then I used the same eMail to sing up again for free from my iPhone. I found that it created a personal account that doesn't have a channel.

so I tried to sign up from a pc to create a personal account but errors appear to me I can't create new account

Hi Mamdouh,

Yes, however you can't file recovery form using that email, you need to file it from a different email.

No this is not what I need I already have my account active (My eMail),

I just need to sign up again on mircosoft teams after i deleted my prevues teams account

Thank you for your reply and I understand your situation

your personal email is associated with your Microsoft accounts, that is the reason when you deleted you Microsoft account you can't use your personal email again to create a new Microsoft Account.

Nothing happend. It just ask me to change my passworf. 
so i created new password. 
i still can use my email 

but i cant create a free Microsot teams account

I registered in the program in 2019 using free personal mail, and when an update was issued recently that it is possible to register with a personal account away from the organizations, I canceled the old account, and I made a new registration with the same previous e-mail through the iPhone, but I was surprised that it is similar to the chat program and There is no channels, so I followed the registration through my PC, but I was surprised that It refused to register and was not allowed to create a new account or even log in with the account that I created through the phone, please help as I want to register with my personal account to take advantage of the channels feature, Thank you
