Thank you for providing screenshots. May I know whether you have tried to clear local cache for Microsoft Teams to check this issue?
If not, please refer to the steps below to clear the local cache for Microsoft Teams.
• Quit Microsoft Teams if it shows on the status bar.
• Copy and paste the following location (%appdata%\Microsoft\Teams) into File Explorer.
• Delete contents of the entire folder.
• Restart Microsoft Teams.
You may also deleted stored user credentials in the Credential Manager via using Control Panel in Windows.
Moreover, if the steps above doesn't help, please create a new Windows user account and performing a clean install the Teams application program to see whether the problem still occurs. If your IT team manage your Windows installation, you may need to contact them for create new user account and further assistance.
