Hi.
This is obviously a very basic question, but I don't think there's a simple solution.
I have just discovered that colleagues have been working in a particular channel, for a particular team, which I was unaware of. This made me wonder how I am supposed to see all the channels belonging to a team. As far as I can see there is no easy way to do this.
I can search for teams in the search bar, but I am only taken to the "general" channel for that team. None of the other channels are displayed. I can also search for teams in the panel on the left, but when I do this, all channels are hidden by default. As far as I am aware, the only way to see all the channels belonging to a team is to manually scroll down through the panel on the left, taking care to show hidden channels. As I am subscribed to at least 50 channels, some of which are hidden by default, this is extremely laborious.
This ought to be simpler. There should be an option to uncollapse all channels when doing searches in the left-hand pane. This would quickly allow one to identify the channels belonging to a team. Also when one finds a team/channel via the search bar, which takes you to the general channel, the team and all associated channels should be automatically focused in the left-hand pane.
This would go a long way to making Teams much more usable. Or am I just doing things wrong?
