Functional restriction about screen sharing

Question: 

Is there a web browser support or domain that can be used to use screen sharing in Teams?

I have a Teams meeting with guest accounts in the following domains as Teams Guest account. But, they could NOT us screen sharing.
　※They could join teams meeting as guest account.

　・*** Email address is removed for privacy ***

I guess that the following settings of the administrator are related.

I am V. Arya, Independent Advisor, to work with you on this issue. Ask admin to check this meeting policy

Under Content sharing:
Disable screen sharing mode.
Turn off Allow whiteboard.
Turn off Allow shared notes.
