Error displaying and sending images in Microsoft Teams

Hi!
 

I cannot send images in chats, and I cannot see images that they send me, from my cell phone I can send and see images correctly. I only have the problem on the PC.

"Whoops! We lost your image. Delete the old message and try again"

can you help me? please

I'll try to help you solve the issue you're currently facing.

Can you please confirm that you're using the same internet connection on your phone and your computer ?

Also, are you using a proxy on your computer ?

And lastly, does it behave the same when you try to send and read images from Teams in the browser instead of inside the app ?

I can't see how this is related...but the same has been happening tenant wide today for us. We did an upgrade for the popup chats and it seems to have broken many things.

In general though it can be linked to Windows OS...clear that. Also log out of Teams completely everywhere and log back in..that will refresh the Teams cache. If that doesn't work you probably need to refresh your internet connection and/pr Teams sync on the PC.
