Enable AI & Recap Option in Microsoft Teams Premium

According to your description, to enable advanced features such as AI Recap and Sensitivity in Microsoft Teams Premium, you need to make sure that the licenses have been assigned correctly to the users.

Here are the steps to check if the licenses have been assigned correctly:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center using your admin credentials.

2. Go to the Users > Active users page.

3. Select the user you want to check the license assignment for.

4. In the Licenses section, make sure that the Teams Communications license is assigned to the user.

If the license is assigned correctly and the user still cannot access the advanced features, you may need to check if the features are enabled in the Teams admin center.

Here are the steps to enable the advanced features:

1. Sign in to the Microsoft Teams admin center using your admin credentials.
