Recently setup copilot for teams, Worked beautifully for a day. Day 2 it has stopped responding and i cant figure out why. Works fine in copilot studio. Thank you

Hi, Justin. I am an independent advisor, trying to help other users in the Community with my experience in Microsoft products. Please note that I am a user like you and don't work directly for Microsoft. I’m sorry that Copilot stopped responding in Team. I understand how frustrating that can be. Rest assured I will try to provide you with a solution. I take it you are currently using a WIndows device. In the article https://www.thewindowsclub.com/copilot-not-working-in-windows the following steps are highlighted to help resolve the issue: "Copilot is not working on your computer, follow the solutions mentioned below to resolve the issue. Update Windows if Copilot is not showing up Check your Internet Connection Enable Copilot using the Registry Editor Shutdown your computer and then restart Run the Copilot command Enable Copilot using the Registry Editor Open Registry Editor by searching it out from the Start Menu. Go to the location mentioned below. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows Right-click on Windows, go to New > Key, and name the newly created key WindowsCopilot. You then have to right-click on WindowsCopilot and select New > DWORD (32-bit). Name the newly created value TurnOffWindowsCopilot, double-click on it, and enter ‘0‘ in the Set Value option. Finally, check if the issue is resolved. Run the Copilot command An alternative way to activate Copilot is by running a specific command. However, it’s important to note that this method only turns on the tool and doesn’t restore the Copilot icon. So, if you want to use Copilot again, you will have to execute the command each time. I have the same exact issue. It is a game changer if it works but I cannot roll this out to my organization if it just won't respond or take 5-10 minutes to respond.

I found out that if I disabled "dynamic chaining" that is a preview feature, it fixes my issue where it is not responding.
I also enabled the "latency message" which helps with user experience to know the copilot is thinking vs just waiting and getting a message 30 seconds to a minute later.
