Hello Sixelas,

I consider you may check following steps to see if this way meets your need:

1. Please login to http://account.activedirectory.windowsazure.com/ with your account -> click your profile tile on the top-right of the corner -> select your Org name listed under “ORGANIZATION”, by this action it will let you re-sign in to your org with default admin account -> after signed in, take note of "admin@***.onmicrosoft.com" email address. Generally, the *** should be the Org name.

2. Login to.office.com using above admin@***.onmicrosoft.com account. You need to reset password for first login.

3. After reset password, you can login to office.com and navigate to the Admin panel, then select Settings -> Settings -> Organization profile to change Org name. Please be kindly noted that changes may take several hours to take effect (Please be kindly noted that this action will only change organization name than the directory name).
