Can't Get Files on installed NS TEAM

Can you advise me what to do.... I have been invited to join a team and had to load the app to join. I can communicate but in the files tab, I keep getting the error message

We can't get your files
We're working on getting them back.

On the wiki tab, the error message is

Hang tight, we're busy making space for your Wiki. Wait a few minutes then try again.

It has been for days and the message is still there. I tried to uninstall and install the TEAM app several times over days and it is still the same.

What should I do now?

Hi Melissa Lim SG

Good day to you.

From your description, we'd like to verify whether you can access to the file/wiki tab when you using Teams web app. It is useful to know if the issue only associated to Teams client. For Teams client, you can try to clear the cache of Teams to check the result. If you using currently Windows OS, kindly refer to the steps below(Note: please back up your important data before clearing):

1. Fully exit the Microsoft Teams desktop client. To do this, either right click Teams from the Icon Tray and select ‘Quit’, or run Task Manager and fully kill the process.

2. Go to File Explorer, and type in %appdata%\Microsoft\teams.

3. Once in the directory, remove all the files and restart Teams.

For Mac, please refer to the steps:

1. Quit Microsoft Teams.

2. Delete files in following folders.

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Application Cache/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/blob_storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Cache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/databases”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/GPUCache”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/IndexedDB”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/Local Storage”

“~/Library/Application Support/Microsoft/Teams/tmp”

3. Restart Microsoft Teams.

If the issue persists, to provide further assistance, we'd like to know if the issue only appears specific team or all teams.

If you have anything unclear, please feel free to let us know.

Regards,

Joey

I tried the web and app versions and delete the files in file explorer and after 30 mins of repeated training, it is still the same...cannot access files and wiki still needs to find space.

I really do not know what else I can do.
