Cannot sign into Teams account on iOS mobile device

Hello,


I use Microsoft Teams for work, and am having trouble logging into my Teams account on my iOS mobile device. I keep getting a "sign-in error" message, which says "Your license doesn't include access to Microsoft Teams. Ask your IT admin for access." However, I am still able to login through my laptop and work computer. I've tried uninstalling the app and re-installing, removing and then adding my account, and updating my iOS version, but still have no luck. Is there anything that I can do to fix this?

Regarding your sign in problem, it is recommended that you can firstly try to clear the Teams APP caches on your iPhone to see if it helps.

Moreover, you may also connect to a different network environment and try again to see if you can login to the Teams APP.

Hi Igor,

Thanks for the response. I tried to clear the Teams app cache on my iPhone, as well as connect to a different network, but I'm still not able to login. The same message pops up:

- May I know if you are trying to join as guest or team member?
- Were you able to log in with Teams on this device previously with a older iOS version?
- Are you able to login with another teams account on this same device?

Hi Igor,

I am a team member with a Teams business account. I was able to login with Teams on this device previously, and I am able to login to another Teams account on the same device.

Are you able to join a meetin as guest?

Since there isn’t many troubleshooting tools for phone app, if convenient, contact the admin of the organization where you are as a guest, let him delete your account from their organization directory, then re-add you to the Teams as a Teams guest, this step will refresh all your guest related settings, then you may try to login iOS.

Please kindly note that this step will affect guest access across all your devices.
