Hello , I'm Shalom and I'd happily help you with your question. In this forum, we are Microsoft consumers just like yourself. Certainly, you can perform a test call and check your audio and camera settings in Microsoft Teams before your job interview. Here's how you can do it with the free version of Teams: 1. Open Microsoft Teams: If you haven't already, download and install Microsoft Teams on your laptop. Sign in with your Microsoft account or create one if you don't have it. 2. Set Up Audio and Camera: Go to your profile picture in the upper right corner and click on "Settings." Here, you can choose your audio and camera devices. Make sure your microphone and camera are correctly selected. You can test your microphone and speakers to ensure they're working correctly. 3. Make a Test Call: a. In the same "Settings" menu, click on "Devices." b. Under "Camera," you'll see a "Make a test call" button. Click on it. 4. Test Your Presentation Sharing: a. Start a new meeting or join a meeting (you can create a meeting and invite yourself if necessary). b. Share your presentation by clicking the "Share" button during the meeting and select the presentation file you want to share. You can choose to share your entire screen or just the presentation window. 5. Check Audio and Video During the Test Call: a. During the test call, check if your audio and camera are working correctly. b. Share your presentation as you intend to during the interview and make sure it displays correctly to the participants (you). 6. End the Test Call: When you're done testing, end the call. This should help you ensure that your audio, camera, and presentation sharing are working properly. Remember to have a stable internet connection and test these settings in advance to avoid any last-minute problems during your interview. Best Regards, Shalom

Hello Shalom,
I have the same question please as I don't seem to be able to click on my icon as there is no option to "Make a Test Call". Should I uninstall my version of Teams and then upload a new one?
Thank you
Jacqueline
