Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams.

I have a problem whenever I sign in to teams. I get this message "You're missing out! Ask your admin to enable Microsoft Teams." even though my account does not belong to any organization and it's a personal email. And I can't access the Office 365 Admin Center since my account is personal.

Log in on the phone, get a link to the team or look in one of the intro emails - it should include the link to your first team - and try using that to get into the team from the desktop. I would use the browser, not the desktop app, first.
