Are you able to embed Teams / Bookings in a webpage for clients to book themselves?

We are deciding if Teams is the right fit for our business needs. We need the ability to embed a Teams / Booking link in a webpage for clients to be able to book their own appointments. Is this a capability of Teams / Bookings? Thank you in advance for your responses. I've tried researching and cannot find a clear answer. Kindly, Madison

Answer

Hi Madison, Thanks for contacting us, I can help you with some information about Teams / Bookings and how to embed them in a webpage. Teams / Bookings is a feature that allows you to create and manage online appointments with your customers. You can customize your booking page, set your availability, and send confirmation and reminder emails to your customers. You can also use Teams to conduct virtual appointments with your customers via video or audio calls. To embed Teams / Bookings in a webpage, you need to publish your booking page and get the embed code. You can do this by following these steps: - Go to Teams and select Virtual Appointments. - Select Manage > Publish your booking page. - Turn on the Publish booking page toggle. - To see it online, select Open published page. - To get the embed code, select Embed and copy the iframe code. - Paste the embed code into your website's HTML editor where you want the Bookings page to appear. You can also customize the appearance and functionality of your booking page by using the Bookings web app. You can access it by selecting (...) More options in the upper right of your screen, then Open Bookings web app. There, you can set a logo for your business, set business hours, add custom and required questions to the booking page, and more. Let me know if this helps or if you need further assistance. Regards, Sola “Give back to the Community. Help the next person who has this issue by indicating if this reply solved your problem.
