Administrator has Disabled chat

It seems that today All of my chats said that the Administrator has Disabled chat, It isn't letting me chat now. Can you please help me?

It looks like your IT department has a disabled chat feature for users.

It looks like that your school IT department has disabled chat feature in org-wide settings of teams.

I would suggest you work with your IT department Administrator, who manages MS Teams services and ensure that they either remove you from Org-wide policy to allow access with chat.

Just to confirm that this issue is consistent to your account, If you are using Microsoft desktop app, then try to use Microsoft Teams Web App  https://teams.microsoft.com/ to check the outcome.
