I am the admin of my Yammer Network.
One of my colleagues is having trouble signing in to Yammer and I can't seem to help. FYI, she uses her personal e-mail address for her Yammer Account.
So what happened is, Internet Explorer automatically sign her work e-mail up to Yammer. And we could not switch into her personal e-mail address every time we opened Yammer. She's been thrown out somehow and couldn't get into Yammer with her personal e-mail address (the one she has been using).
I myself have got into this trouble once, because I also use my personal e-mail for my Yammer account. I was stuck with the "new" Yammer account that was created out of nowhere using my work e-mail. I solved it by deleting the Yammer Account which used my work e-mail. After I did it, the browser (I used Google Chrome) let me sign in with my personal e-mail address again.
However, I cannot find the "Delete my Yammer Account" in her "Preferences" settings. I have run out of solutions.
Please help!
