How to remove extra paragraph after table

When I use word 2013 to insert a table it always inserts a paragraph mark after the table.  How can I remove this from table because this paragraph mark creates another page to my document.

More specifically I inserted a 2x1 table with no space after or before the table, and is landscaped to take up the entire page.  But it then inserts a paragraph mark after the table even when I select position of table to text wrap around table.

How can I remove the extra page.

By design, there must always be at least one paragraph after a table. Where that's an empty paragraph that causes an unwanted extra page to appear, you can format that paragraph:

1. with no space before or after;

2. single line spacing; and

3. a 1pt font size with the text formatted as hidden.

That will be enough to prevent the unwanted page displaying or printing on most systems.

If the text is formatted as Hidden, the other formatting isn't necessary. Sometimes you can get by with just reducing the spacing and font size without the Hidden formatting, which makes maintenance a little easier (especially if you prefer to operate with nonprinting characters (including Hidden text) displayed.

It can be if the user has Word configured to print hidden text and, even without that, if Word is configured to show all formatting (which typically happens when you click the ¶ on the Ribbon's Home tab), the appearance of the unwanted page could be misleading.

I usually create a paragraph style called "Hidden para mark" (or something similar) and specify a font size of 1 point, fixed line spacing spacing of 1 point, zero spacing before/after and hidden text. As long as the "Style for following paragraph" is Body Text or any other style used in the document, I find that this works very well.

I followed your steps but still there is an extra page after the table.  I guess it is a flaw in word 2013.

All Word versions are the same in this respect. Are you sure there was only one empty paragraph following the table? Click on the ¶ symbol on the Ribbon's Home tab so you can see Word's formatting marks. Any content after the table other than the paragraph you reformatted should be deleted.
