The Margin Error message will not go away even though I tried to fix it.

I am trying to print labels in Word (I think I have the 365) and, a dialogue box shows up saying my margins are incorrect and when I say print anyway the message will not close, and it won't print.

I tried fixing the margins, but it's still not working.  How do I fix this?  I'm really getting aggravated, as I have 900 postcards to mail out and can't do it until this gets sorted out.  I've never had a problem printing labels before, so not sure why this is cropping up now.

Did you use one of the label products available on the Labels tab of the Envelopes and Labels dialog as the basis of the document?

If you send me a copy of the document, referencing this thread in the covering email message, I will investigate the issue.

Hope this helps,

Presumably, you're doing a label mailmerge.

Some label setups presume a page layout with margins that are too small for some printers. Increasing the margin sizes so they're at least ¼in (6mm) all round and changing the layout of the table Word uses for such merges to 'around' wrapping, centre-aligned, should be sufficient to remedy the problem.

Did you do this in the mailmerge main document before executing the merge? If not, you'll need to do it to every Section & table in the output document - every time you execute the merge.
