Part of Letterhead Disappears Word to Pdf Format

This is a fairly recent problem.

Iam on Win 10 Home latest version with all updates.

I am on Office 365 (current version).

I use Adobe Reader DC  2018-011-20040

I have a MSWord file     with  our logo top left  and  the address  showing Top right.

When I convert to PDF   the address part  disappears.

I have tried     

Export to Pdf

Save as Pdf

and Print  using Cute PDF Writer.

Same result each time -the address part disappears.

I sent the Word file and the "failed" pdf file to a friend who is on  Word 2013 and he advised he had no problem getting the address   showing in pdf format.

Any ideas  how to overcome this?

For the benefit of others who may faced similar problem, the issue was that the text was located in a text box and a DRAFT watermark was overlaying the textbox, preventing the text in the text box from appearing.

To overcome the issue the logo and the text were moved into a two cell table in the First Page header of the document.
