LIne spacing in the table of contents

The line spacing between my first and second heading levels is bigger than the spacing between the second and third heading levels.  How to I adjust it to be the same?
Answer
Answer
1. Click in an entry you want to change.
2. Right-click on that entry and select Paragraph.
3. Change the space before and space after settings to what you want.
4. Click on an entry for a different level and do the same.
5. Repeat as needed.

This should fix it for that document.

This is controlled by the TOC styles for each heading. By default, when you change the paragraph formatting for one of these styles it updates the style for all entries of the same level.
