How do I disable the resume assistant

Word has a new feature called resume assistant which is nice if you are working on a resume but it pops up every time I open any document. I have to close the feature every time I open a file which is annoying, How do I disable this feature?

Hi Rudy,

Go to File - Options,

On the General tab change the 'Show LinkedIn features in my Office applications' check box
