For a start, try pressing Alt+F9 to see if that makes a difference.

There are a lot of Barnhills in Baldwin County (thanks to a prolific progenitor), but we're not related to any of them since my husband was the only child of an only son. From your sample, it's obvious that Alt+F9 (a long shot at best) is no help. What you show looks like HTML. Was the picture in question pasted from the Web?

IN HONESTY, I DONT KNOW HOW TO PASTE FROM THE WEB--AT ALL.  I USUALLY FIND CUTE ANIMAL PICTURES OR BBIES.  I RIGHT CLICK ON IT, USUALLY "COPY" AND CALL UP WORD AND "PASTE.'  I GET SOME REAL CUTE PICTURES OF ANIMALS, SOMETIMES WITH DOGS AND SLEEPING BABIES SUNGGLEING. I DOWNLOAD THE PICTURE IT AUTOMATICALLUY STORES TILL I PULL UP MICROSOFT AND THEN HIE ENTER ON THE ONE I WANT AND HIT ENTER TO BRING IT TO WORD, AND THEN I COPY IT FROM THERE AND PASTE ON E MAIL.  I DONT  KNOW IF I MADE IT SOUND CLEARER BUT IT WAS WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING FOR YEARS AND I HAVE ALOT OF THOSE CRAZY DOCUMENTS CAUSE I COULDNT FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO IT-
