Word could not load the e-mail envelope - Word 2010
I am using Office 2010 64 bit and keep getting the error "word cannot load the e-mail envelope" when I try to send a Word Document as e-mail through Outlook 2010.
To respond to my question, if anyone else finds this thread... :-)
Finally, I had to call the Microsoft support line on 866-452-4755. Their tech discovered that earlier version of Office were installed on my computer. The "Word cannot load the e-mail envelope" issue was solved only after a Microsoft tech removed all old Office
entries from my registry file. Now everything is working fine again.

What's wrong?
Do you really need to be using the 64 bit version of Office? Microsoft recommend that you do not use it unless absolutely essential for very large, complex Excel Workbooks. If that is not your situation, I would suggest uninstalling the 64 bit version and
installing the 32 bit version.
