Microsoft Word Error. Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications

I get this error when I open up Word.

Compile error in hidden module: AZWizardModul.
This error commonly occurs when code is incompatible
with the version, platform, or architecture of this application.
Click "Help"for information on how to correct this error.

Go to the following C:\Users\[User Name]\App Data\Roaming\Microsoft\Word\Startup and delete theAZWizard file.  It is an add-in supplied by Avery Dennison that is faulty and not required.
