Microsoft keeps asking for my credit card number to purchase software I do not want

Why doesn't Microsoft give a clear email address to contact them?  They have my address and they constantly email me asking for my credit card number to purchase software I do not want.  I have told them I don't want it, and begged them to leave me alone.  To me, their lack of interest in contact means they do not give a **** about their customers.  LEAVE ME ALONE!!!

Answer
Microsoft does not solicit purchases. The email you are receiving is not from Microsoft and should be deleted and ignored. If you know how to do so, you can ascertain the address from which the email is being sent and block it.
