Word changing font / size when exporting to PDF

I have a Word document with some Circles with text inside of them (as shown on the image below), I changed the font and size of the text but when I export (save as) PDF document the second line look different that first line, and the same happens when I print the document.  In other words both lines look the same in Word but the look different when printed / saved as PDF.   I have tried with a few different fonts  (Arial, Calibri, Courier) and the same happens.  What can I do?   I need both lines to look the same.

Thanks a lot for your answer. I restarted my Mac and it is working correctly now. l'll follow up on this issue to see if I the problem occur again and try to identify what triggers it.
