Kind Regards,

how Do I Give myself Privileges ?
Thank you for the reply.
I looked at the article.
https://support.office.com/en-us/article/how-to-go-back-to-office-2016-for-mac-15-xx-versions-from-16-xx-e88ed6c8-6fb4-40a1-9540-529000d3d20f
But I did not roll back from 16.11.1
problem is solved for now as follows.
Files were saved across Network from Mac book Pro Computer named "new mac"
the Network is peer-to-peer.
I use the hard drive On that computer named "i7" To Store Data And programs From my two mac Book pros named "old mac" and "new mac"
I walked across the Room To check permissions On That computer "i7", Which seemed okay.
I cut and And pasted The files in question back to the Mac book Pro Computer That they had Originated From "new mac" using XtraFinder.
I then cut And pasted The files Back across The network To Computer "i7" ok And the files are now accessible From the Mac book Pro Computer "NewMac"
problem is solved for now. i will report back if the problem recurs.
