Dear all,
I have THREE questions about (supposedly) the settings of Word 2016 and Visio 2013. I'm currently lost in how to find the solutions myself. The questions are interconnected in a way. Please help me? Customer Service redirected

1) Since today, I started to have troubles with inserting Visio-drawings into Word 2016. In the past I could easily adjust the drawings in Word to scale, however, now it's not the case anymore.
So this is the original drawing
And this is how it looks after Paste Special in Word 2016
I can't seem to get the Visio-drawing to "Fit to Page"? I never experienced this before, it used to be pasted as-is in the past. I've tried everything I could!?
2) So the hacks by saving the drawing to PNG or JPEG. Yeah, that's not an option either, because saving the Word document to PDF causes this low quality abomination, which was not the case in Word when I inserted it. Since when does Word 2016 save these things in such low quality...
3) How about saving the Visio-drawing to PDF? Well... that is apparently also not possible -___-
