Microsoft Visio Page Size

Is there a way to make org charts/ flow diagrams in Microsoft Visio on an unrestricted page size? I need to have the ability to print my charts on any size page (very large and regular) and have the chart content/shapes/spacing expand/contract accordingly with no changes to the formatting. Is this possible in Microsoft Visio?

Hi Madison,

If a flowchart is going to be printed, you can make sure that no flowchart shapes are divided at page breaks. For this, you can change the printer paper size.

  1. On the Design tab, click the Page Setup Dialog Box Launcher.
  2. On the Print Setup tab, under Printer paper, click the paper size you want.

The printer paper size is set for the current page.

 

Once you make the required change, your printer paper size will look like below (without any page break):
