Sharepoint online search results still showing deleted Library and documents
We recently deleted a document library but it is still showing in the search results on our Sharepoint online site. We need to get the data removed from there ASAP because it is showing some sensitive information. How can we force a reindex of the site
and initiate a full crawl?

You may try the following steps first and check the outcome:
1.Remove the library from the Recycle Bin of the site.
Go to the site>Click the gear on the upper right corner>Site Settings>Under
Site Collection Administration, click Recycle bin>If you find the library, delete it from the Recycle Bin. If you couldn't find the library, go to the
second-stage recycle bin to check and delete it.
2.Reindex the site where the document library is.
On the site, click the gear on the upper right corner >
Site Settings.> Under Search, click Search and offline availability.>In the
Reindex site section, click Reindex site.> A warning appears, click
Reindex site again to confirm. The content will be re-indexed during the next scheduled crawl.
Note: Re-indexing a site can cause a massive load on the search system. Don’t re-index your site unless you’ve made changes that require all items to be re-indexed.
If that doesn't help, for further investigation, please provide the following information.
1.Share a screenshot of the search result.
2.Could you provide your tenant information and the site URL via the
Private Message ?
