Unable to Activate Site Pages

Attempting to activate Site Pages for a myteams site and receive this error message;

I determined the issue.

After deactivating the Publisher feature, apparently Site Pages had previously been activated and so there was a Site Pages entry in the Site Content section already, however it wouldn't let me create new site pages since it wasn't active.

So I had to delete the old Site Pages app and then activate Site Pages for it to function properly.
