Sharing desktop--viewing window is too small

Hi, I just tried using Skype for Business for the first time and when I tried sharing my desktop, the viewer only sees about one-third of my desktop in a narrow window with a scrollbar, instead of being able to see my full desktop. When the viewer clicks on the "full screen" option, my full desktop can be seen but it's a scaled-down, tiny version, so it's impossible to read any text or numbers. I've used screen sharing in GoToMeeting and this never happens--the viewer can automatically see the full desktop at the normal scale. Is there a way to fix this?

hi pamkelley,

i have read the posts through. according to the screenshot you provided in your last post, you are getting correct output the in the chrome browser in test with your colleague.

based on my test, for the previous issue that the image is larger than the shared desktop, the root cause is that the viewer is using a different screen resolution with you. in my test, when i set to 1024x768 and shared my desktop to other user who is in 1280x1024, we can reproduce the issue.

in skype for business desktop, we can adjust the resolution. however, in the web app, the button is not available. so please check if you can reset the resolution of your screenshot. if not, you may need to ask your viewer to set up skype for business desktop as a workaround.

best regards,
alex
