Skype for Business

Dear Support,

All of our users suddenly can not sign in to Skype for Business this afternoon.

Is there something wrong with Microsoft server at the moment?

Service Health Dashboard has indicated that issue LY198264 has been resolved as of: Monday, December 16, 2019, at 12:20 PM UTC. If you are still experiencing an issue, please let us know  or post a new thread in our category as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.

Hello Jogida,

 

This issue was posted to the Service Health Dashboard (SHD) as incident LY198264 starting at 2019-12-16 9:48 AM UTC. The user experience of this incident is: Users may be unable to sign in to the Skype for Business service.

 

More info: Users already signed into the service are able to make or receive voice calls and send peer to peer messages, however, they may be unable to perform certain write actions. Some of the scenarios impacted for write actions include, but are not limited to; Creating meetings, adding contacts, activating meetings, or creating groups.

If you are experiencing a similar issue and do not see an SHD post, please let us know by sharing your tenant information via Private Message (PM) as this may indicate either a scoping issue or an independent problem.
