Peer-to-peer video calls are failed (Skype for Business 2015)

I have a problem when I use video calls on SFB.

There is the log(Caller).

After that, I cannot connect video calls.

1. Caller requests a video call.

2. Callee responses a video call.

3. Attepting connect the video call, but it can't

I need the reason about this situation.

It looks like that you have a bad video call quality when establishing peer-to-peer sessions in video calls. However I found you're still using the old version Skype for Business 2015. Although the issue could be not related with the SFB client, Skype for Business is going to be retired in 2021. So in my view it worth to have a try to update to Skype for Business 2016 and check if it makes any difference.

Of course if you have Office 365 account, you can download Skype for Business 2016 from Office portal.
