Recording video from Polycom Trio 8800 Visual+

Hi team,


I am facing an issue by trying to recording (using the S4B recording feature) the video conference from Polycom Trio Visual+ when logged in a O365 credentials. The other participants audio and video (using Notebooks) can be recorded but the Polycom Trio user cannot.


I didnot find any informations about record the Trio video. I just could find information to record the audio of  Polycom Trio.


Could you help me to know if the Trio video can be recorded using the Skype for Business recording feature?

According to your description, I notice some participants’ audio and video can be recorded except the users who use Polycom Trio. It seems Polycom Trio doesn’t support it. Since our forum focuses on Office 365 Business Online services and Outlook/Skype for Business client related issue, we recommend you contact Polycom Trio support.
