Skype - microphone is working but no one can hear me speak.

when using skype for business - a message comes up that says my microphone is working but no one can hear me.  How can I fix this?  Also the camera keep turning on in the back of my tablet and I have turned it around over and over.

May I know which Tablet device and Skype for Business client version are you using? Please provide us with the detailed information about this.

Have you tried to check this issue via using different device to see whether the problem still occurs?
