Skype for Business Sign-in Address?

Hi, 

My business downloaded Skype for Business for me, but they will not create or manage an account for me. They say I have to create and sign up for my own account, but I cannot figure out how to do that for Skype for Business. Skype for Business seems to require your business to provide you a User ID, but my business will not do this. HELP!

Hi Tricia,

 

For a better user experience, we moved this thread to Skype for Business category. If you have any other problem when use Skype for Business, it’s recommend that you post your idea in this category.

 

To use Skype for Business application, we need to have an Office 365 account with Skype for Business license. If you have an Office 365 account, please refer to the “What Office 365 business product or license do I have” section of this article and check if you have a Skype for Business Online license: https://support.office.com/en-us/article/What-Office-365-business-product-or-license-do-I-have-f8ab5e25-bf3f-4a47-b264-174b1ee925fd
