I am trying to access MS Clip Art online and the site has changed (from last week!) - how do I get online clip art?

Last week, I was able to go to the Microsoft Office site and browse through the online clip art selection. This week, the site has changed to an "informational page" on how to use clip art in the latest version of Office. I am using Office 2007 and see no reason to upgrade at this point, but that is the only option that MS appears to be giving me. This is where the link embedded in Publisher lands: http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/images/??Origin=EC790014051033&CTT=6&ver=12&app=mspub.exe When I use my bookmark (which has been the same FOR YEARS) on my web browser, I get to this same page. I sign in and it tells me I have no office products associated with the account.
I can't find any answers! I am assuming this is due to upgrades (damn them all!) I noticed after one of the recent upgrades that I had to change my Publisher files back to 2007 as they had been "upgraded" to 2010 (the icon was the new orange instead of the old blue).

The following steps work for me...

For example...if you are using Word 2007...
try the following steps...

Go to...Insert / Clip Art
(Publisher 2007 is the same but you have to
go to...Insert / Picture / Clip Art)

In the Clip Art pane on the right of the screen

Enter your search word in the "Search For" field

"Search In" / All Collections

"Results Should Be" All media file types

The files will appear in the clip art panel of your app

Find Images Where You Need Them

It appears you have 2 problems.

First, Using that link I get to this page:

So yes, it does appear that the link you may have changed during the day. This page gives "how to" instructions on how to find and insert images in 2013 apps.  Note there are links on the very bottom to similar Office 2010 and 2007 specific pages.

The "no products" and orange icon and the "upgrade" to 2010 message are all symptoms of a problem created by the Sept Windows updates.  So, did you apply Windows Updates today or yesterday?

The fix is simple, in 2 parts. Check for a "rogue" program installation and reset the Windows default file association.

First, go into programs and features. Look for an "Office ..." entry that was installed in Sept or Oct 2013 (assuming you having also installed Office 2013/365 in the same time frame).  If you find one, uninstall it.

Then do an Office repair of your Office 2007 installation to reset the windows file defaults.

I have not installed any other versions of Office on my computer, so I am not sure which of the many "security" updates, or service patches (or whatever) installed recently could be the culprit. There were 40 of them installed for Office 2007 last week. I've been working extensively with MS Office products for a very long time - and have trained people on using Publisher - so being directed to a "how to insert clip art" tutorial is particularly annoying, no matter which version.
Is there any way to narrow down the list? (I've already fixed the file association)

Since you have fixed the file associations you don't have to worry about which Update caused the problem (which is another way of saying sorry, I don't know which one <grin> ).

If you are looking to download free images from MS, it appears they stopped offering any.  Here are the results of a search for "Images" on the MS site. All of the hits point to sources outside of MS for images

For the time being, you can still download images from the Great Britain site at:
