Powerpoint slides grayed out in slide panel

I have a user that is getting her slides grayed out in the slide panel. It occurred after she copy and pasted a chart into an existing presentation.

What I've learned so far:

Office Pro 2010, on Win 7 enterprise.

I've sent the deck to myself from her machine and in office 2013 it opens with no issue and all slides are visible. No graying out.

Tried:

repairing office, copy and pasting deck into another presentation, themes, unhiding/hiding the slide, open and repair the deck.

Does anyone have any idea what this might be happening? There isn't much on the forums or by googling.

Hello Chris,

What type of chart was added to the presentation?

Does the issue of grayed out is only with this presentation containing chart?

·         Remove the chart from the presentation and then check if that makes any difference.

·         Create a new presentation then add a chart and check how it works.

·         If the same issue persists then create a presentation then adding a different chart and check how it works.

I'd start by updating the driver for the graphics card but are you sure that's 2010. The bit of the ribbon that's visible doesn't look like 2010 to me. (doesn't even look like PowerPoint)
