Continuous Ticker Tape Throughout Presentation

Im using Powerpoint 2010 and have the following query.

I want to create a presentation but would like a ticker tape (like a news feed) running across the bottom of the screen for the entire presentation. So when the slide change, the ticker tape keeps running completely uninterrupted. Is this possible and if so how do I go about doing it?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
