outlook 2016 is asking for imap.secureserver.net login details

hi

i run office 365 on 6 pcs with windows 10 on new dell optiplex.  i am having issue with outlook 2016 on only the japanese language windows 10.

at first they worked for about a week then we needed to recreate the profile and would work for another week. that does not work anymore after 3 weeks..

so i reinstalled office365 business on the computers and when i enter in the email details to create new account in outlook 2016 it sends a final pop up asking for the login details for imap.secureserver.net, oulook automaticly has filled in the details below but when i press ok it cant go forward . our domain and emails are all hosted on the office 365 site, so i dont have any login details for imap.secureserver.net. see below

but when i install on a english computer or how it used to do it it pops up the microsoft details is needed as below

It ended up being the DNS name servers at the domain name godaddy account name was not proberly pointed to the microsoft settings. All done and working now.
