i run office 365 on 6 pcs with windows 10 on new dell optiplex. i am having issue with outlook 2016 on only the japanese language windows 10.
at first they worked for about a week then we needed to recreate the profile and would work for another week. that does not work anymore after 3 weeks..
so i reinstalled office365 business on the computers and when i enter in the email details to create new account in outlook 2016 it sends a final pop up asking for the login details for imap.secureserver.net, oulook automaticly has filled in the details below but when i press ok it cant go forward . our domain and emails are all hosted on the office 365 site, so i dont have any login details for imap.secureserver.net. see below
but when i install on a english computer or how it used to do it it pops up the microsoft details is needed as below
