Signature button does not work in Outlook 2010. I have seen this problem on several blogs.

Signature problems:

Regedit the following keys:

 

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\Wow6432Node\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\LocalServer32

and

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Classes\CLSID\{0006F03A-0000-0000-C000-000000000046}\LocalServer32

Change both (Default) and LocalServer32 values in each to C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14\Outlook.exe

Worked 100% for me. I had the same problem where I couldn't edit the signatures---had been getting no response at all. Now it's fixed. THANK YOU!

wow - the wonders of searching for problems!!  I have been trawling the net for this a while but wasn't using the correct terminology - if anyone has this same issue, then this IS the fix - just wonder why it happened in the first place! Maybe a dodgy registry cleaner..?  Thanks for the answer - saved me a lot of aggravation :)

hello, have this problem too, but ....

Outlook 64bit is installed  on Windows Server 2008 R2.

Outlook works fine for the most Users, but 4 from 60 have this problem. I deleted the user-profile, the complete path with all data in the appdata directory ..  but the problem is very persistent.

any ideas?
