Hi,

I would really appreciate your help, It is outlook 2016

My outlook went from

I already reset views, even uninstalled outlook and reinstalled it, I know under the "all" drop down includes sorting but is way too slow, there is no quick way to do it.

please help

Hi Jimeneze_e,

Please try the steps mentioned below:

1.     Exit outlook.

2.     Click Start->Run (windows key + R key) and type outlook /cleanviews.

3.     Close and open Outlook and check if the sort button appear.

If the issue persists, I'd like to confirm the following:

1. The detailed Outlook version build. Please go to File > Office Account > Product Information and capture a screenshot of it.

2. What did you do before the button disappear?

3. If you narrow the message pane view to the previous width, is there any improvement?

Thanks,

Lance

Hi Jimeneze_e,

Thanks for the information.

Have you tried the 3rd point I mentioned above? (narrow the Message pane to the previous width)

Based on the screenshot, the width is little bit wider than it shows previously.

Thanks,

Lance

Thanks Lance yes I did try it, I don't think width has anything to do with it. It switches between compact and single views, but does not add the buttons on top.

Thanks
