Outlook: Reply to digitally signed email with unsigned email

For digitally signed email messages, the default behavior for Outlook is to reply with a digitally signed email.  I'd like to change this default so that when I reply to a digitally signed email, the response is not signed - unless I explicitly turn on the digital signature.

Thank you,

Brian

Hi Brian,

Changing the way to reply to an email with digitally signed email message is not available. It is by design that you also need to reply them in the same option for them to know that you are a legit sender. You can learn more about the digital signatures on this link.

As we always want to hear our users' voice, we suggest that you request this feature by sending us a feedback for our developers to be aware and consider this in the future developments.

Should you still need assistance, feel free to reply on this thread.
