Hi,

Are you able to work with the Webmail?

Remove and re add the account in Outlook 2013 and check if that helps.

Refer to the following link for more information:

If the issue persists, then create new profile in Outlook 2013, configured an email account and verify the status.

Worked with my Dell XPS8300 Windows 7 Pro Desktop but not with my Dell XPS12 Windows 8.1 Pro Laptop.

For some reason on the laptop (XPS12 Windows 8.1 Pro) It cannot find the server.

Hi,

It is possible that you are facing this issue due to a software conflict. In order to check if this is the case, I would suggest you to boot the computer in a clean boot state and check if the issue persists. Booting the computer in a clean boot state can reduce software conflicts and help identify the root cause of the issue. You can refer to this article for more information:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

Note: After the troubleshooting, restart the computer in Normal mode as suggested in this article.

Thank you.
