Outlook Calendar shows a different time zone for "Work Week" and "Week"

In Outlook, I can enable two time zone for my calendar. My primary time zone is Pacific Standard Time, and my secondary is Eastern Standard Time. The time difference suppose to be 3 hours only.

After Daylight saving time is starts in the United States, the time zone difference on my Week Calendar seems to be 4 hours. My "Work Week" calendar remain the same difference of 3 hours.

I tried using the Timezone update tool to apply the changes to my Week calendar view in Outlook, but it does not change anything.

The version of Microsoft Outlook I have is Outlook 2010 with SP2.

Thanks for your help.

Answer

The problem is nothing the time zone tool will fix - it's an anomaly resulting from the time change and starting the week on the day the time changed. Start the week this monday and all is well. Go back to the full week next week.
