* Please try a lower page number.
* Please enter only numbers.
They removed the feature :(
You can drag to the Calendar label or button but will need to set the date.

Because only a small % used it and they wanted to simplify the interface by removing little-used options. The peeks reduced functionality in a number of ways and I'm hoping the functionality will be restored. The peeks are useless as is.

Hi,
Because only a small % used it
but MS did not ask the users. And unfortunately, most users do not allow MS to collect statistical data.
I hope for the next version...
Have a nice weekend,
Lisa

Keep in mind 20 complaints in the forums is not representative of the number of users. I miss it too, but its would only be helpful if the peeks are pinned - so for now, I just drop on the Calendar in the folder bar (either the icon or the word Calendar) and type a date - i use the shortcuts like 2d, 1w so entering the date doesn't add a lot of extra work.

Thanks, Diane, for the "workaround" though.

Keep in mind that most users won't take the time to log in and say something, especially given that a MS/Live account is required. Is MS active in this forum? They need to be, the users have a voice and they would like MS to reply, as humans, no TecnhoLatin,
just plain old human to human speek.
This is a TERRIBLE move. Dragging and dropping an email onto the calendar is something I do at least 3-5 times a week. At the very least, add a ribbon button or context menu option to move to the calendar. In fact, at this point we should have Google calendar/Smart Phone calendar logic that can automatically detect dates, even written in full English, and give the option to turn that into a calendar item.
