My Outlook disconnected to server

My Outlook was disconnected to the server and I have tried restarting my laptop as well as log out of my Office 365 accounts. but it still says there is a server issue. 

All of my colleagues who are using the same network do not have the same issue. How can I fix it?

Which Outlook client version are you using?

Make sure that OS and Outlook client are latest updated. See check for updates and install any required updates.

To eliminate the possibility that there's a fault in your current Outlook profile, create a new profile to see whether the problem still occurs. 

If you open Outlook using the new profile and it’s still disconnected, try removing your account and then adding it back again.

In the Folder pane, right-click your account name, and then choose Remove <name of the account>. Follow the steps in adding an email account to proceed.
